Cooking demo with Katie Phelan and Beaufort Winery---SOLD OUT!

Katie Phelan, from Ireland, specializes in Italian cookery. We are thrilled to have her back on the farm this year for another series of Outdoor cooking demo classes. Participants receive a recipe booklet on arrival and just sit and relax, watching Katie cook up delicious bites, hear her stories of living in Italy, and her impressive knowledge of wine. She is also the tasting room manager at Beaufort Winery and will be bringing along some delicious wines to pair with each menu sampling. This outdoor Cooking Demo is held on a level field at Clever Crow Farm, with views of row upon row of vegetables. 6 large market tents provide shade and rain cover and provide plenty of space for chairs and physical distancing. Food and wine is handed to each guest with health and safety protocols in place. Coffee/tea/water is also provided, as well as a sanitizer, a hand washing sink, and a customer washroom on site. These classes sell out quickly and payment guarantees your spot. All demo classes are rain or shine and are limited to 20 guests. $45.
