A Taste of Greece with Comox Valley’s Flavours.
Greek food is one of the best foods during the warm summer days. Chef Gaetane and Lesley Stav will share some of their favourite recipes from this part of the world, with a Comox Valley twist. Proceeds will be donated to Les Dames d’Escoffier for their scholarship’s programs. (www.lesdames.ca/scholarshipprogram/) This cooking class is one of many events organized by Les Dames d’Escoffier throughout the province on August 21st, to fundraiser for scholarships for women studying in Food and Wine.
This cooking demo class with be taught by two vibrant Comox Valley Chef’s; Gaetane Palardy and Lesley Stav. They are both esteemed members of Les Dames d’Escoffier, a world wide organization of woman leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality, whose mission is education, scholarship and philanthropy.
This is an outdoor cooking demo class, in the gardens of Clever Crow Farm. You will sit back and relax under the shade/rain cover of large market tents. Everyone eats!
