Over the past six years of creating Clever Crow Farm, we have held a small number of interesting events. We have hosted 4 cooking classes; natural cheese making with David Asher, Japanese farm food with Avi Sternberg, and 2 Italian Feasts with Katie Phelan.

These were all day classes and held inside, in the Clever Crow Kitchen.  Fast forward to 2020 when indoor events could no longer be held and social distancing was all the rage, we had to pivot these classes. So…we held six successful outdoor (in the gardens) cooking demo classes. We invited chefs to come and cook under the market tents to a captive audience, spread out, sitting in comfortable chairs. At the end of the 2.5 hour classes, samples were safely handed out and fun was had by all.  It was a concept that worked for us and our guests, with private shopping in the Farm store afterwards.

In 2021 we plan on offering more  cooking demo events and a few new classes,  like Plein Air painting on the farm with an experienced instructor on site, Creative Floral arranging, and willow basket /furniture courses.  Keep informed by following us on Instagram and Facebook, and of course, by shopping at the Farm Store.
